It rotated& seemed to work just as it should, though it did make a loud intermittent"clicking" noise(like a ratchet wrench) which I believe is what the machine is supposed to sound like, though I'm sure it needs to be greased up some more(since we have no idea the last time it was greased; we purchased the machine 2nd hand) If you have any questions at all regarding this tugger, please be sure to ask prior to purchasing! The only reason I'm selling it is due to downsizing my company and I don't need a wire puller this heavy duty anymore. It hasn't been used that much over the years, as most of our work was light commercial and didn't require a heavy duty puller. It includes everything pictured, the tugger motor, rope reel holder, pulling frame with 12" wheel and 4 vise chains. Mounted on 4 air filled tires, that catlog number is hard to read but looks like SR05-035-87, it has a air control valve for in/out or payout/takeup, it measures about 34" wide 40" deep and 66" tall, it has a cable reel that measures 15 1/2" across and is almost full of 5/16" cable, it is powered by an Ingersoll Rand multivane air motor with gear box the cat# was 92RB078 and has been stamped over 92RA02, the s/n# looks to be AMD0/010, looks to be complete, looks to be in good condition, some of the air hoses are dry cracked working condition unknown, if you have any questions please ask and thank you for viewing our auctions
