It was used to install my own roof a couple years back. It was stored in the oiled bag it came in and the original box and instructions. The Versa-clutch feature allows you to control how much pressure it tightens the screw to so that all screws are perfectly tightened every time. The end does not spin until pressure is applied to the tip of the tool. Perfect for metal roofs with rubber grommets on the screws where they need to be perfectly tightened. For Exposed Fastened Metal Roofs) Too tight and it smashes the grommet. Too loose and the roof leaks, the solution is this drill! Here is a strange looking School Bus- I've never seen anything like it before? I don't know what this is supposed to be? I'm not sure of the scale. But the bus measures 3 3/8" long X 2" high(6 1/2" to top of spire) X 1 3/4" wide. The bus is made of cast plastic or resin, the spires are metal. This is 1 of many other Buses I will be listing. VTG Erector Metal Building 3" t X 2" W,yellow/red, roof,3 windows/side,door '50
This is a red and yellow metal building from the erector set. It is approx 3" tall and 2" wide. The roof is red. The building has 3 windows on each side and on the ends it has 1 window and 1 door. Some of the tabs on the building to stabilize the roof have broken off. You can see that the metal has several bend in it.I think was from storage. If you bend them slowly they will straighten out. Some the paint in missing also. The word erector is on 2 side. Condition is well played with- good for the age.

Wonderful OLD Vintage Wood, Metal Wire & Zinc Roof Top Birdcage~Great Decor!
Don’t miss out on my weekly Auctions! This is An Awesome Old Vintage Display Birdcage. It is a very old birdcage that is made out of wood with metal wire bars and painted zinc roof top. It has the original white paint with a dark green roof top. The paint is now weathered and chippy for a nice shabby look. It has a wonderful shape with nice details. There is a small door on the front with a pull out zinc little drawer and a little yellow plastic bird hanging inside. It has a hanging hook that was added to the top finial. But might be a bit fragile for hanging. It's condition is a bit on the shabby side, the wood is a little fragile with rusted metal wire bars, a few detail twigs are missing and one piece of wood is missing from bottom back side(see close up picture) Although this birdcage has some imperfections it has such a wonderful ... moreold charm and makes a great display in your home or garden.
