Eibar jewelry stemmed in the XIX century from the local production of iron works in the Basque region. They added the damascened decor by indenting gold threat to the incised patterns. Eibar jewelry decor is based on geometric patterns while Toledo damascened craftsmen preferred flowers and birds and Mediterranean inspired scrolls. Length 7" Each rectangle.5" per side. This is an odd trade card for a thread company called Clark's O.N.T. It shows a picture of a girl saying to everyone. Please break this for me. I guess it suggests the thread is so strong it is very difficult to break by accident. I apologize the picture is out of focus but it is very clear and bright in actuality. It definitely has an archery interest as the background has other archers. Apparently this company devised a way to dye thread black so it was not weakened in the process as the back brags and"calls attention" to their Black Spool Cotton. This card is in very good condition, especially for its age of many decades and I bought this at a NE auction that specializes in old paper. The card is about 2.2"x4.2"

This is a Starrett groove and thread micrometer Caliper No.481-1" This little cutie is from the archives but very accurate and mechanically sound, smooth operating mechanism and just an all around gem of a tool. Obviously you can mic anything up to an inch with it but it is the perfect tool for measuring just what it was intended to, paint shows some fatigue but other than that it is a great little tool in super shape and a sweet addition to any real tool collection. This DS-4 model microphone stand has a plastic base with a chromed stem and they are both in like new condition with the exception of a very small hole that was drilled in the side of the base. Overall dimensions are 5 inches tall x 5 inches wide. The thread on the stem is universal and will allow for any mic to be mounted to it.
