This is a gorgeous runner! In my family for years and years but never used. The second photo was taken outside to try to capture the the lovely sky blue shade. It is reversible. It measures 30 inches square. There are three tiny pin size spots as shown in pictures 4& 5. These spots are close to a corner and not in the middle of the cloth. They may come out if spot treated. There are four matching napkins that are 9 inches square and have the same embroidery work. They do not have any spots or stains. This set is perfect for your next tea party. 2 Vintage Mason Atlas Jars Full Of New & Old Spools of Thread Variety 46 Spools
These 2 vintage ATLAS MASON jars were purchased at a sale from a former antique dealer. The jars are in great shape and measure almost 7 inches tall- but as you can see in my photos the past owner had put label stickers on backside. These can easily be soaked and removed. The lids are 2 piece Ball canning lids with some tarnish. I took the spools out to get a better count and I came up with around 46 spools. Some are older-some look newer-but I do not know anything about thread. A few of the spools were empty. There are a pretty variety of colors of thread on these spools. Antique oil lamp base from the 1920's. This base has pie crust edging on the glass collar as well as the footed base. There is a threaded metal insert for the burner and the glass collar is embossed with Pat. Appl'd For. Very nice condition with no chips or cracks. There is some roughness on the band mold seam that goes all the way around the base. Some of it is minor excess glass along with some teeny bites. I've tried to represent this in the pictures. VINTAGE Cotton Mill Wooden Thread Bobbins, circa. 1940's
Bobbins are 9 1/2" Tall. 5 1/2" wide. Ends have metal rims. Bobbins are from Morgan Mills of Laurel Hill, N.C. Morgan Mills was bought out by Springs Mills in early 60's.
