These are a matched pair of MRF157 specifically manufactured for linear amplifiers on the HF bands. Each device is rated at 600 watts so they will make a 1200 watt linear amplifier that will work all HF bands and also up to 50Mhz. They are in good used condition and are fully functional. I have recently tested them and I guarantee they are good. The mounting faces are scratch free as you can see in the photo They are very expensive to buy new. 3 used tested matched pairs and a single Motorola MRF-422 E beta RF transistors. That's 7 matched transistors. Purchased from RF Parts These are high beta with hfe between 60 and 80 These are 28 Volt transistors. All were tested on a Tektronix 577 curve tracer. Beta was too high for my application in a Motorola EB27 Class B Push Pull type of Linear. or"kenwood 930/940" With the EB27 the feed back was not sufficient to prevent oscillation or the amp or breaking into oscillation. Amps of that type need a beta of D or lower. A set of High beta sell new today for 150+ I had 8 but broke one getting it out.

Sansui QRX-6001 4 Channel Tuner With All New Transistors And Electrolytic Capacitors. Please read this all the way through because there are 2 issue with this unit. All the electrolytic capacitors on this entire unit were all replaced with new audio Elna Silmic II capacitors the 2 main and board power caps were replaced with Rubycon and Panasonic. All the transistors on the main amps, preamps, CD 4 board, power supply boards, and relay board have been replaced with new ones, the main amps have all new diodes and almost all new resistors also, all new heat sink material were applied to the 8 new output transistors and any others that have it applied, all the setting were all set to the factory specs all the controls were cleaned with Deoxit and work excellent EXCEPT(the 2 issues) the FM stereo light does not come on, the FM stereo works but ... moreno light and the bulb is good, and the CD-4 unit will not turn on everything else works excellent on this so if you do not have use for CD-4 it is the 4 channel record decoder and will only work if you have the special CD-4 albums, this is a great 4 channel unit. The case has some marks and scratches the pictures show all of them well. This is a 4 channel amp and tuner the unit was manufactured in 1974 according to the serial number, with the recap this sounds absolutely incredible and I am sure better than it originally sounded when it was new, this Sansui's is designed to run on 120 volts or for European use 220 volts. Elna Silmic II capacitors have a 100 hour break in period I have run the unit for about 20 hours for testing so that means that every time you listen to this up to that 100 hour period it will keep sounding better so if you notice a difference in sound each time you turn it on that is why. The unit is in very good cosmetic condition there are some surface scratches on the cover top the pictures show most of them. Hello! Up for sale is a 1990s Dunlop Dallas Arbiter Fuzz Face w/ NKT-275 germanium transistors. The pedal also comes with its original box and warranty card. The pedal works like it should and as minimal wear. The pedal currently doesn't have a screw to attach the bottom plate to the top. I threw the screw away long ago after seeing Eric Johnson using the hair bungees to attach the two. It allows easier access to replace the battery and some say adds better tone. You be the judge; if you dont like it Ill reinburse you 5 cents to go buy a screw at Lowes(just kidding) Thanks and let me know if you have any questions prior to buying. This AM-FM Pocket Radio has a nice case on it which shows a little age appropriate wear. It operates on one 9V battery. Controls include OFF/ON Volume, Tuning Knob and AM-FM Selector Switch. The telescoping antenna is in perfect shape and very straight. Radio has a wrist strap included. I couldn't test the radio because the 9V plug needs to be replaced because one side of the snap is missing so it is being sold as non-working.
