Listing is for one aluminum heatsink assembly with 16 2N6259 transistors on it. Would make a great heatsink for your power supply project. The transistors are NPN 16A. 150V. 150W silicon TO-3 case. Matched Pair of Heatsinks - Fits 3 TO3 Power Transistors Each
Here are a matched pair of heat sinks that I got a long time ago. They are drilled out for 3 TO3 power transistors each. I was going to make a super accurate headphone amp with them. But never got around to it. They are solid aluminum and are 4 3/4" long and 2 1/2" tall and 4 1/2" wide. I was going to have a nice P-P setup on each sink and a +V and-V regulator TO3 on each separate sink. I played around with these for a little while but never build my killer amp! Mounting holes are 3" apart by the length and 4 1/4" by the width. Just wondering if anyone needs these. I don't know if there are too many people who design like we used to. ZENITH ROYAL 500 - TAN, 7 TRANSISTORS, VERY NICE CONDITION
For auction is a Zenith Royal 500. This radio is identified as"Tubeless- 7 transistors" on the back face and was produced beginning around 1956 according to the books. The radio operates with 4 AA batteries and seems to work fine with strong volume. Given its age the overall condition of the radio is very nice. There are no chips. Cracks, or other damage. There is some very faint surface marks presumably from being laid on its back at times. The knobs, dial area, and speaker grille are in excellent condition. Even the metal radio stand is a shiny gold color with no rust marks. The battery compartment door has a label inside which indicates the chassis is"7ZT40Z1" The door has had one of its locating tabs replaced. The radio also comes with its original leather case with a set of earphones in the pouch on the back. The ... moreleather case is missing its shoulder strap. QRP PA with pair of MRF433 transistors + Osc module. Henry Radio industrial amp
Module 1 is a 10W HF amplifier that uses a pair of MRF433 transistors in the final. Module 2 is a 27.1 Mhz oscillator. This pair of boards were used together to drive a small tube amp that eventually drove the 5KW final of a Henry Radio Commercial Amplifier. All I'm selling here is the 10W PA and the oscillator modules. They are each enclosed in aluminum boxes(tops were removed for pictures) The 10W PA runs off 13.8V nominal. It has 50 ohms input and output. The gain is set with a small bias voltage input(I don't know if it is positive or negative) The PA also has an 8V regulated output. The oscillator runs on 8V and has a 50 ohm output. There is a control line to enable the output(I don't know if it takes a voltage or just switch it to ground) The two modules were designed to run as a pair and it probably wouldn't take too ... moremuch to figure it out. Change the frequency and have a nice little fixed frequency CW rig. Sony Str6800Sd Sony Ss-120A Output Transistors
Hello, I have a Sony STR-6800SD that was damaged in shipping and is no more than a parts unit now. Up for auction today is a pair of the Sony SS-120A DARLINGTON STYLE OUTPUT TRANSISTORS that are hard to come by. These were pulled from a working unit. However I was unable to power the unit up to check everything once it arrived. The power cord was ripped off, so I didn't attempt to do anything else but pull the pieces apart gently. These appear to be in good condition and have no signs of structural damage. There are some slight scratches and nicks on the face. I attempted to take picture of this to show. Please use the pictures provided to evaluate the condition of the pieces. I have one(1) brass plate that will be included in the auction.
