Today. I have for auction, a lot of five vintage half aprons. Four are gingham, and one has a floral trim on a sheer type material. The ginghams have cross stitching. All in a very nice condition, with the green gingham having a light yellow stain, and the pink gingham with a yellow stain also. Vintage Lot of over 25 Colorful Kitchen Aprons, Half, Bib, Full, 1930's - 1960's
BIG LOT OF HOMEMADE DECORATIVE KITCHEN APRONS. There are over 25 Aprons included in this lot. 27 I think to be exact. These are all made handmade, used and a few of them have a few spots where they where repaired, small tiny holes, only 2 or 3. There are no noticeable stains, though there may be a spot or so that I may have missed, but generally well preserved for linen of this age. I have washed them and lightly ironed them. Also included is a clothes pin holder made to look like a small dress. The colors of these aprons are bright. One of the aprons has the top band missing, maybe it was not finished. There are embroidered ones, bibs, half aprons with pockets, hankie pocket aprons, full aprons with piping and trim. Just to clarify. These do not look like new, they are not perfect, they look like they came out of your Grandma's closet ... moreor drawer and have been lovingly used. There is still much life left in them, or you could use them for their beautiful floral material for crafts or quilting. You will find normal wear on them. The material is soft. Expect that I may have missed a stain or two, but nothing that jumps out at you. A few holes that have been repaired and some trim may be loose, a seam may need to be resewn, etc. I have not done any repair work on them. You will get the lot as I purchased them, but I have washed them. Winning bidder to pay actual shipping. And pay with paypal within 3 days of auction end. Sheer, an apron made from a towel. The aprons in the last two pictures are stained. Faded or damaged aprons and could be used for cutters. I didn't inspect each apron for loose stitching or stains so there might be some loose embroidery stitches and I might have missed stains. Sorry. They appear to be handmade and the fabric still looks or feels new. They are clean with no sort of stains from cooking or use. I do see when looking close at the pink one a small size light stain maybe from storage but looks like it should come out. It is next to a pocket towards the edge. Certainly nothing that stands out. Three vintage half aprons. Two of them are gingham. One is plain cotton with striped details. The purple/red gingham apron has drawnwork details on the bottom. One pocket and also color on color cross stitch details. It measures 22" wide and 23" long. Clean- no tears. Soft fabric. I believe it to be cotton. Possibly a cotton blend. Six sweet vintage aprons ~ four full. One half, one cobbler's style with snaps up the front. Please look at all the photos. These are all in wonderful condition except for the cobbler's style in Western fabric/apple print. it has some tears at one of the pockets. mended poorly. But the fabric is so cute I had to include this one. The purple apron appears to never have been worn. Same with the creamy heavy muslin one with all the embroidery and painted flowers down the front. The others are lovely. the half apron is a little faded. But a sweet design with ruffle at the bottom. These have all been washed and ironed for you.

2 VINTAGE ORGANDY HALF APRONS Up for bids are a pair of vintage aprons. Both are made of white organdy and cotton prints. The first one is white organdy with the waistband. Pocket and 2 bands on the skirt made of a leaf print in shades of gray. Length measurements are taken from top center of waistband to bottom edge of skirt. The size of this one is 21" long. 19" waistband, and has 26" ties. The other one is also made of white organdy with a blue. Green, pink abstract floral print in cotton on the two pockets, the waistband and the band near the bottom edges. Blue bias tape trims the edges and is used for bows on the pockets. The most interesting one is in the last few pictures, since it is reversible and is"red. It can use a few stitches along one side. Please look at the photos and ask me any questions. 3 VINTAGE LADIES HALF APRONS GINGHAM & ORGANDY, STRIPED & PLAIN~MUST SEE
This is for a lot of 3 vintage cotton aprons. The blue gingham has a pocket missing(see picture#5) I think the fabric used didn't hold up and the striped one with the roses has a few spots(see picture#9) The white one seems to be in very good condition.
