E-3 Coop Cockshutt 30 Wide Front Tractor For Parts or Restoration
This is a E-3 Coop or Cockshutt 30. I'm not sure of the year. The wide front looks good except the pipes for the tie rods are getting rusty and I see one has some weld. Otherwise I don't see any welds or damage(front end) Tires are shot. Rear rims look solid. One is rusty on the inside bead. Beads are bent up some. One front rim is bad. Tractor has PTO and rear hydraulic lift. Missing grille. Tin work is rusty. Nose is beat up. There is some rust hole in the fender, mainly pretty solid. No seat pan.Engine block looks cracked. I don't think the motor is loose. Tractor is pretty much complete just rough. From the research I've done, wide fronts are rare. Good for parts of restoration. Tractor rolled fine when loaded on and off the trailer.Steering is tight on top. I'm going to soak with penetrating oil.I don't know much ... moreabout this tractor so If you have any questions please ask. I will do my best to answer them for you. Must be picked up within 30 days or deemed abandoned. Must also payed for within 7 days. The serial number is 30 27808. Farmall A B C SC Tractor IH open center 15"x3" wide front rim
I am selling an Original(1) farmall IHC front open center steel rim. This is a USED RIM! It has DENTS! DINGS! it is NOT Perfect! It is old used rims. The stem area is in good shape, the rim have NO cracks NO repairs! It does have RUST around the center area on them! It does need to be either wire brushed or sandblasted! I am selling an Original(1) Ford 4000 tractor press steel rim. This is a USED RIM! It has DENTS! DINGS! it is NOT Perfect! It is old used rims. The stem area is in good shape, the rim have NO cracks NO repairs! It does have RUST around the center area on them! It does need to be either wire brushed or sandblasted! It is a good solid rims that had a tire mounted to them, and it was up and holding air. It is useable! I do NOT sell any rim that is not useable! but again they are NOT perfect! For use with JD Model M tractor. Parts book says with pressed steel front wheels but could maybe be used with other wheels too. Looks like new-old-stock, but I listed it as used because I am not sure. There is some waviness in braces on the center tube. If JD had them, which they don't, the bearings and hubs alone would cost way more than this. You get what is pictured. AT AUCTION IS A RESTORED 1952 JOHN DEERE MODEL"MT" WITH THE HARD TO FIND WIDE FRONT END. THE TRACTOR STARTS EASILY AND RUNS WELL WITH NO SMOKE. THERE ARE NO CRACKS OR NON-FACTORY WELDS ON THE WIDE-FRONT OR ANYWHERE ON THE TRACTOR. THIS TRACTOR HAS HAD A LOT OF WORK DONE ON IT IN THE NINE YEARS I'VE OWNED IT. ALL THE SHEET METAL IS EXCELLENT. NO DINGS. THE ENGINE HAS BEEN GONE THROUGH AND HAS NEW RINGS. IT RUNS GREAT. I'VE OVERHAULED THE HYDRAULICS AND THE WIDE-FRONT WAS COMPLETELY DISASSEMBLED AND IS ADJUSTABLE. AS IT SHOULD. FRONT WHEEL BEARINGS WERE REPLACED. IT HAS A PROFESSIONALLY REBUILT CARBURETOR AND STARTER AND NEW LIGHTS ALL AROUND, AS WELL AS NEW STEERING WHEEL, SEAT, GAUGES, BATTERY, MUFFLER, AND WIRING LOOM. THE BRAKES AND THE CLUTCH HAVE BEEN OVERHAULED. THE TRACTOR HAS NEW TIRES ALL AROUND. The front pivot pin may need a new pin or a busing. It does have some play there. Otherwise seems to be in nice shape. Unbroken and unmolested wide fronts are getting very scares.
