Free Shipping Condition: Used Location: Roann, United States Up for sale is a 15" tall muffler and air intake stack that came off my 1936 AO. These are shorter than the standard A intake and muffler. They were ... moreinstalled by the previous owner when the tractor was restored. They are both high quality and heavy gauge steel with very nice welds. Back when they made quality stuff and not the cheesy reproductions that they offer now made of thin metal and crappy welds. The 15" air intake and muffler were used on the model AR. I found the mushroom type caps that were supposed to be on the AO and installed them. The muffler and air stack were only used a couple of months from the time of restoration to the time I pulled them off which was about 10 years ago. They are like new and the paint is still good. These look to have been new items when installed because they are absolutely clean with no pitting or rust. The only surface rust is around the mounting holes on the bottom side of the air stack where the paint came off during removal and from sitting on my shelf for so long. These can be used on an unstyled A. AO or AR if that's the look you are going for. No warranties and all sales are final so make sure this is what you need before bidding. I am listing them as pick up only but I have packed them in a box that measures 11 x 11 x 29 and weighs 12 lbs, my zip code is 21904 so you can calculate your shipping cost if you want me to ship it. We can discuss payment separately on that when the auction is complete. I accept paypal but prefer cash. If a check is sent is has to be completely cleared at my bank before the item is shipped. The larger two mounting bolts that bolt it to the tractor came out without breaking off as well. There is a little bit of the screw in water pipe that will need to be removed yet. But there isn't much left of it in there so it shouldn't take much work to get the rest out, Then it will be ready for Sandblasting and Paint. There are No Cracks or Welds Repairs Anywhere. 1938 Unstyled John Deere B parts tractor/puller project.
John Deere B parts tractor or great puller project. It is a 1939 rear that i bolted the 1938 unstyled frame on(1939 was first year for styled. But still had the untsyled rear half) I also have the 1938 serial plate to go with it. I Don't have the time to finish it, so its gotta go. Tractor did run& drive when i bought this past winter so all the gears, brakes, clutch, pto, hydraulics are all in good working order. It is just a rolling chasis basically. Has good crank shaft, and STD sizes on journals. Oil pump coupling is cracked but i have a brand new one included, simple fix. Does still pump oil though, so it was not run dry. Rear tires are cracked but have great tread, and hold air. they are 11-36. spoke wheels are ok, need some repairs but nothing major. Sold as/is. PICK UP ONLY. Stem is Not Broken. Bowl Nut Tightens up holding the bowl tight against the body. All Mounting Ears are Fully Intact. Idle and Load Adjustment needs do move but they are stiff yet. Choke Moves Freely. Selling as an Unbroken Original Carb, but it will probably still need a kit/labor. Rare Carb.
