The stem areas are in good shape, the rims have NO cracks NO repairs! They do need to be either wire brushed or sandblasted! They are good solid rims that had tires mounted to them, and the tires were both up and holding air. Both are useable! I do NOT sell any rim that is not useable! but again they are NOT perfect! I have ALOT of the other tractor parts currently for sale! LOOK at the photos! You are buying it as is where is! It is a 14" rim that is 8" wide with a 4 5/8" center hole!
