It is a Fairbanks Morse model that was very universal and seems in good condition that fit alot of different models including WD45 WC. Very nice Fairbanks Morse 4 cylinder C/W-800 distributor cap used on Lincoln Welders. Allis Chalmers And many more applications that has been reconditioned. I have a magneto rebuild shop and I sell many of these 4 cylinder FM-J and FM-X magnetos. I only put new caps on my rebuilt units and have many of these good used caps left over. I beadblast and clear-coat them and install a new carbon brush in the center. I sell these caps for $55.00 new on my website so here is your chance to get a good used cap at a fraction of the price. This listing is for a battery distributor off a farmall M tractor. It has been cleaned.Greased, painted and has NEW CAP. NEW POINTS, NEW CONDENSER, NEW ROTOR and a NEW lead from coil the distributor body! The distributor cap has brass contacts not aluminum. Distributor is for non diesel 4cyl Ih tractors models.Uses a flange mount. Same as a magneto. The distributor works when I hook it to a six volt battery charger. The listing is for the distributor. I'm throwing in the original SIX VOLT coil in for free. The coil shows a reading of 1.6 OHMS. The wire tower does have a fair size chip missing. Shown in photo#3. No warrenty on the coil as it is decades old. if it doesn't work get yourself a new one. This distributor will also work on Allis tractors WC.WD,B,C but not wd45. Here is a vintage Fairbanks Magneto type F.M. J 1A79 A788618. My father had many tractors in his life time and this was a spare he had and he told me I could use it to check the spark on spark plugs-I did check it with a spark plug and it put out a nice blue spark so I would think it is working fine and there are no cracks and the plastic cover has no cracks I am not sure if my father ever re-built it or not Check the pictures for item condition I ONLY take PayPal and ONLY ship to the U.S. Thanks for LQQKING

EISEMANN G4 Ed.2 MAGNETO DISTRIBUTOR CAP AND ROTOR`
Here is a distributor cap and rotor. The parts you see are those you will receive! There is expected wear. Slight scratches and scuffs and two small chips(one on the rotor, one on the cap) all areas have been checked and have continuity. There are no cracks or breaks. The contacts are all good, except one inside is broken off. Looking at the pictures, you'll see the contact going to the armature is there, but somehow between then and now, it is broken off.
