Original Associated United 2 Bolt John Deere Style Magneto Hit& Miss Gas Engine. This bracket has Associated part#HMB cast on it and the large gear on the magneto has part#HLZ cast on it. This is the correct magneto for a John Deere Model E 1 1/2- 6 H.P. engine also. Takes a different gear to use on a JD engine. I have a 1 1/2 HP JD magneto gear listed in one of my other auctions. Magneto is not stuck and base mounting holes are good. Bracket is good and has traces of original red paint. No cracks. Welds or repairs. See Photos! Auction is for one magneto photos of all sides.
