1945 John Deere Model B Tractor with Hand Start
This auction is for a 1945 John Deere Model B Tractor SN 173XXX. This is a hand start tractor. Tractor is nearly complete with only the medallion on the front missing. The engine is stuck. The wheels are all good. And one front and one rear do not hold air for long when they are aired up. The tin is good and the grills are fair. The tractor was originally shipped from the factory on November 3, 1944 to Omaha, Nebraska according to the Two-Cylinder production record official document which I will include with the tractor. This auction is for a 1944 John Deere Model A Tractor SN 528XXX. This is a hand start tractor with a stuck engine. The engine appears to be complete and has not been torn apart. But the carburetor and magneto are missing. The clutch is also missing. The tin is in decent shape and has not been cut out around the muffler. One grill is OK, but the other is rough. The nose piece is missing. The tires are all shot and so are both back wheels. One front wheel is missing also. The tractor can be stored up to 6 months at no charge if it is paid for in full.
