The points need cleaned. The gear is used but looks in pretty good shape for its age. There is no teeth missing. There is a little bit of light surface rust stains on the tubular part of the gear assembly. This gear is made out of the red fiber material. The gear appears to be in good used condition. Up for your consideration is this Front bearing holder for the armature for an American Bosch Magneto ZR-4 ED34 V5 and other ED's for your larger tractors and stationary powerplants. This unit has been cleaned. And oil passages cleaned. Sweep plate for Interrupter brush is perfect if your is worn Hopefully the pictures will show you it's condition. This is the larger triangle, measuring 3 inches to bottom center, bottom screw hole will need to be raised to fit a DU 4 ED 19 magneto, Just in case your wondering. Same bearing pattern. Front plate has AF at top left upper corner and CCFA stamped lower r/H corner Armature bearing Race is also in great shape. NOTE. What you are buying: I bought these items at an estate sale. I have no way of checking them for function and can just describe them as I see them. I have not removed any covers or cases to see what is in the inside or what the inside looks like. I have not cleaned on them except to brush off a data plate to make it readable. They are offered as I found them. I have pointed out the problems that I can see, but that may not be all that is wrong with them. I have taken a lot of good photos for you to view for evaluating what you will be bidding on. Please buy these as'donors' to be used for parts that you may need and knowing that they probably do not work. Thanks. This item is an American Bosch. Model ZR4, ED19, V3. This is the last of the American Bosch magnetos; I have no more. There is an arrow on the oil port cover that points ... moreto the clockwise rotation when viewed from the drive end and it rotates freely in that direction. However, the impulse dogs appear to engage with CCW rotation and that is the direction I rotated it with a drill motor and I got 1/4" blue sparks from all 4 leads. I don't know if this is normally CW or CCW rotation. It is used on 4 cylinder engines but I think two leads can be shorted out and used on 2 cylinder engines like the Advance Rumley Oil Pull Tractor if it is CCW rotation? It measures about 9" long, 7" high and 5" wide. In the photos I have marked where there is a small chip in the distributor block. I don't see anything else wrong with it. Vintage Tractor Fuel Injector Pump That's my best guess. I can read American Bosch Mod. 600 on the tag t hat's on the gear box or shut off portion of the pump. The label is really old and hard to read. There is a casting number on the bracket. 5986-D for what that's worth. I can turn the shaft somewhat by hand. The tag on the actual pump is unreadable. I hope you will know more about this than I do. Or I'll be making a lamp out of it: Obviously this is an as is sale. Selling for parts or rebuild.

John Deere D GP Waterloo Boy 2 Cylinder American Bosch Magneto
This is a American Bosch magneto made for the very early John Deere tractors. This mag is complete and appears like it should work. One of the spark plug wire caps is missing or brocken off. It turns. But has a very strong sping. I have not turned to to snap, it will take a little more then my fingers to do that. It is mounted on a plate to match the tractor I would guess. Up for sale is a working model MJH 2c301 American Bosch magneto. It is a 2 cylinder magneto. It makes a nice clean spark. I would call this a short lug magneto like the ones for the newer John Deere 2 cylinder tractors. Nothing appears broken or missing. There is a set of plugs screwed into each side of the magneto. I am not sure if they are suppose to be there but there they seem to not bother anything. I believe you should be able to see them in the pictures. Thanks

Original AMERICAN BOSCH FORDSON Tractor Magneto Drive Attachment Hit Miss NICE!!
This is an extremely hard to find original magneto drive attachment for a Fordson tractor. It was made by the American Bosch Magneto Corporation and is in excellent condition with no cracks. Breaks, or repairs of any kind. There is very little noticeable wear in the magneto drive shaft. Both of the helical gears are in excellent condition and the nut to secure the gear onto the timer shaft of the tractor is included. The magneto mounts on a 2 inch square bolt pattern and the advance/retard lever and linkage is included. This attachment is ready to be used on a tractor. A magneto on a Fordson is so much nicer than messing around with buzz coils so don't miss this chance to upgrade your tractor! I have for your consideration an NEW OLD STOCK American Bosch MSA 4 cylinder magneto. These mags were commonly found on Wisconsin Generators. Tractors, welders and power plants to name a few. The mag is untested, but is new so I would not imagine it to have any issues. The mag spins freely and snaps hard on impulse. The rotation is clockwise. The flange mounting pattern is 4 1/4" on center. The serial# MSA 4A308 can be found on the case of the magneto. Let the pictures be your guide on this one. For sale is an American Bosch magneto. This was removed from an Allis Chalmers wc tractor. The numbers on the magneto are mjc4c-302. The mag turns freely but there is no spark. The case is in good shape. It's a good rebuildable magneto. May fit other allis tractors as well but please be sure before bidding.

Old Original American Bosch U2 ED 1 Motorcycle 2 Cylinder Magneto Hit& Miss Gas Engine. Magneto is not stuck. Looking at the drive end it is clockwise rotation. Has a lead out tower on one side. The other lead out tower is missing. Base mounting plate is good. It has traces of black paint on the magnet. Points spring is good and cover is missing. Case has a crack on one side. Recently acquired in a real estate purchase. Is this American Bosch PSB6A-70V-S4550A1/ 60701-A Injection pump for Oliver 88 tractors. This item was discovered in a climate controlled closet and has been hidden away for several years. According to the hand written note on the box, this application is for the 88 Oliver diesel tractor. It appears to be in excellent condition, but due to the nature and age of this item, I cannot guarantee it. I truly believe this pump was overhauled and was put in storage, but again. cannot guarantee it. Also, there is a hand written tag on the pump, from the pump shop technician that states: This pump will need to have K-5812-B clip retainer installed on governor rod. Please note, there is a small retainer, wired to the side of the pump, so I would assume this is the K-5812B clip retainer that the pump shop ... moretechnician made note of. PAIR OF Original AMERICAN BOSCH DU4 MAGNETO'S MAKE ONE FITS MANY APPLICATIONS
I have for your consideration a PAIR of Original American Bosch DU4 four cylinder magneto's. The complete one has CW rotation. The mag missing the magnet is CCW. These mags were used on many applications like tractors. Crawlers, early auto's and trucks.They are loose and spin over freely, but they have NO snap when rolling through impulse. The complete mag has a bad base on the top on the rear of the magneto. I am including the second mag as a parts mag to use the base. You should easily be able to make 1 out of 2 here. The mounting base is 2"x2" The serial#ED 18 and 3461143(complete) and 3387546 can be found on the base's of the magneto. This is a very pure virgin mag. Let the pictures be your guide on this one. I have for your consideration an Original American Bosch MRD 4 cylinder magneto. These mags were commonly found on tractors. Welders and power plants to name a few. The mag is untested. The mag spins freely and snaps hard on impulse. The rotation is counter clockwise. The cap is crack free and is in very nice condition. It appears to have had a few love taps once upon a time on the case with a screwdriver or some other tool. The base mounting pattern is 1" x 2" on center.
