1946 John Deere Model A Tractor with Slant Dash and Electric Start
This auction is for a 1946 John Deere Model A Tractor SN 567XXX with the Slant Dash. This is an electric start tractor. The engine is loose and turns over. But it hasn't been started in several years. The tin is in fair shape and the the wheels are all good, but the tires are shot. The Two-Cylinder authentic production research record will be included with the purchase of the tractor. It was shipped from the factory on April 26, 1946 to Grenora, North Dakota. Marvel Schebler DLTX 34 for Late Model John Deere B Tractor 1940-1946
For your consideration is a rebuilt carburetor for a model John Deere model B Tractor. This carb is a Marvel Schebler model DLTX 34 fits early styled model B tractors made from 1940-1946. The carb was completely disassembled. Chemically cleaned then grit blasted. All worn parts were replaced, new parts installed were a throttle shaft and bushing, float, needle and seat all new gaskets, float pivot pin, inlet and drain fittings, and bowl nut. The idle and load adjustments were set to the factory settings and the float height was set. This carb had a bowl stem repair. It was finished with three coats of JD Classic Green. This carb comes with a one year guarantee. Get up to $100 core refund plus shipping if you return any DLTX model core. Actual amount will be quoted when the core arrives at my shop and is inspected.
