GENERAL NOTES: I just bought out the inventory of a plumbing store that had belonged to one plumber or another in Lincoln Nebraska since the 50s. It was FULL of antique toilets of all kinds. Over a thousand lids, old hardware, handles, all kinds of things. I'm going to be listing it slowly for probably a year or more. So check back if you're into antique plumbing stuff! Here we have a striking cranberry red toilet. I took pictures both with and without flash. To try to give a better idea of the color. According to the patent number found on a paper label on the back, and also a date stamped on the rim of the tank, I believe it to have been made in 1933. I think colored toilets like this were pretty unusual back then. The date stamp does say JUN 82 1933, but I think they probably accidentally reversed the 2 and 8. PLEASE NOTE that ... morethe tank lid corner has been broke and reglued, as shown in the closeup. Also, the toilet does need some cleaning- both mineralization stains and some paint blobs. I don't really have any facilities in my warehouse with which to do more than wipe these things down unfortunately- not even a floor drain. But the inside of the tank seems relatively clean. Geberit Tessera Toilet Bowl For Wall Mount Carrier
For auction is a Geberit Tessera toilet bowl for the Geberit in wall carrier system. This bowl was mated to the older single flush system. But may work with newer systems. I don't know. I do know that these bowls are hard to find, and if you already have the in wall system and want a replacement bowl, here it is! The bowl is in very good condition. No cracks or damage. There is a little bit of old paint here and there. But I've already cleaned it thoroughly, so it's sanitized. Shipping is $50 anywhere in the lower 48 states via Fedex ground.
