Quincy model QDTH 150 cfm heatless desiccant compressed air dryer. Manufactured for Quincy by Pneumatec. Will dry to-40 Deg. F at 150 CFM flow. Which would be the full output of a 40 HP compressor. This dryer was taken out of service on a medical air system in a hospital because it was too big for the air load. A smaller dryer was installed in its place. Dryer was manufactured in 2006 and has ASME labeled tanks. Purch system was modified by the hospital to allow for manual adjustment of purge flow. this in no way affects the proper operation of the dryer. 150 PSU maximum pressure. 115 Volt operation current. Inlet and outlet ports are 1 1/2" NPT. I installed one new flow valve, as the existing one didn't seem to be opening properly. Dryer was tested through several cycles.

Parker Zander Chemetron Model KN2 100 CFM desiccant air dryer
Zander KN2 heatless desiccant air dryer. Built in Canada in 2004. I believe that Zander is currently owned by Parker. 110 V AC power. 1 inch NPT pipe ports in and out. This was used originally on a Chemetron medical air system. The Chemetron catalogue number is 61-21-20775-1, Serial number is 9395-1. I connect it to 100 PSI compressed air, plugged it in, and ran it through two complete purge cycles. It works fine. I haven't found the exacp CFM rating but based on the size of the dryer compared to others that I have worked with I think it is at least 100 CFM. That would dry the complete output of a 25 HP compressor. Good for breathing air, painting, or any other situation where air at a-40 Deg. F dewpoint or lower is needed.
