This was a Tandem Meter connected to a 2" meter to read the LOW WATER usage next to a Master Meter 2" Meter. They were removed in order to place a Larger Meter system for one High Use customer in a Row Store and all the others were these smaller usage meters. Building was not Plumbed corectly for the stores that were in it. It has the TWO Shut Off Isolation Valves included. They will allow meter to be shut off and removed with the Flat Face Seats on both sides of the Meter Body.
