Here is a set of 6 replacement viton seals for your Quincy QRDS series oilless compressor. Which are very common in hospitals. These seals go on either side of the roller bearings that the wrist pins go through. Over time the seals can become hard and crack, so should be replaced every few years to keep your compressor running well. These are an equivalent version to part number: 113333, without having to pay a premium for them coming in a Quincy box. A set of four is enough to replace all of the seals on one unit. Tank mount 10 HP oilless compressor system. Good for painting, or other application where oil free air is an advantage. Compressor is a QRDS15. Record of change 102, serial number 6013092. Produces about 36 CFM with a 10 HP motor. Can produce about 55 CFM with a 15 HP motor. 120 gallon grasshopper style tank rated at 200 PSI. Has all items required to run, including outlet check, relief, and aftercooler, unload valve, tank relief, pressure switch, hour meter, automatic drain valve, and NEMA Size 2 motor starter(much oversized) Currently set up to pump up to about 118 PSI, then unload until pressure drops to 115 PSI. Will shut off at about 122 PSI, restart around 110 PSI. Motor starter is mounted in an enclosure and wired to the motor and pressure switch. It should be floor or wall mounted to protect from vibration. 215T frame motor is good ... morefor 208, 230, or 460 volts, currently wired for 460. We tested at that voltage. Pump still has several valuable parts intact. Motor and motor pulley in mint condition, tank in excellent condition. No electrical control box/motor starter, I don't believe this model of 7100 shipped with one. Left side manifold and cylinder are broken, both are replaceable cast parts, IR part numbers are as follows: Cylinder P/N 32174997. Manifold P/N 32177347. The copper lines going into left side manifold and their sheetmetal shroud are bent. Pump shaft and/or pump pulley appears to be bent, or perhaps pulley is cocked on shaft, definitely misaligned. The gas in it smells very old. So I didn't try to start it, but it has good compression and I can hear it producing air as I turn the crank. The air gauge on one of the tanks shows about 80 pounds, but nothing comes out of the valve when opened(no air fitting on the opening) so the gauge might be broken or there may be some other issue. I don't feel any play in the manual pressure release valve mounted on the other tank, which might be normal if there is no air in the tank, or it may need to be replaced. Not having any experience with these, I may be missing something else, so please take a look at the pictures and as any questions you have. It has some oxidation to some of the parts and other general wear from age and use. But in my opinion, it looks pretty good. So what I think I am selling is a compressor that needs a bit of work and maintenance. But is fundamentally good and I think worth the effort. As asset liquidators.
