I am selling my Flotec 1/2 horse powered pump. I am listing this pump as used but It has never been out of the box. It still has the red tag tied on to it and the pressure gauge is still sealed up in the manila packaging inside the box. I know the box looks a little rough and that's because it has been in my shop and we have had to relocate it several times to make room for other items. We purchased this pump because we run a Granite Fabrication shop and thought that we would need it to help supply water to our work stations but we never needed it so it is just taking up space in my storage area.

Bison Hand water well pump
This Pump was purchased from Bison in 2009 and was installed at the beginning of summer in a new rural home site well in Colorado to provide water during home construction. The rural electric association was able get power to the property 5 months after it was installed and the hand pump was then removed to make room for the electric submersible pump. It has been in inside storage ever since. The pump was designed to pump water from a 100 ft. depth and is supplied with 120 ft. of 1-1/4 schedule 80 PVC pipe and includes the 3/8" stainless steel sucker rod and all fittings. All parts that came with the original purchase are included and will enable the pump to be installed as originally designed. The original manual is included. The push force on the pump handle to lift water 100 ft. was approximately 50 lbs. 3/4 HP Submersible Cast Iron Sewage/Sump Pump 2" Discharge W/ Solid State Switch This is a serious pump. Even though this is a sewage pump. I never used it as such. I mostly used it just to pump out the basement. I do know that it will pump pretty much anything you ask it to; Mud. Semi-solids, debris filled dirt floor basement water, etc. I put an extension on the discharge outlet to help keep the hose out of whatever you're pumping. I don't know the exact GPM but it moves a lot of volume in a big hurry. You could use it for it's intended purpose as a sewage pump. Or it would make an excellent heavy-duty sump pump for a basement that takes on a lot of water. I'd say it has seen around 10 to 15 hours use. Cost nearly $500.00 new about four years ago. This vintage Cast iron and I believe copper Fairbanks Morse Submersible pump is working. I took the pump and put it a 5 gallon bucket of water and it shot water out like a canon. The model number on the pump is S352XB2. Please look at all the photo's the other information is pictured on the top of the pump.
