WE SHIP INSIDE THE USA ONLY! This is some sort of well cap seal(I think) We recently acquired it at a local sale. And I don't know anything about it! The top is marked"Joseph Kabakoff& Co. La Grange, Illinois USA- K3. The body measures 6 inches in diameter, though the top is slightly wider. I think it's a well cap seal. It has two large holes of 1& 3/4 inches diameter, and a smaller threaded hole off to the side. The top and bottom are both in two parts, with a large seal between them, and there are four large bolts in the top. CONDITION: GOOD!
