The machine was originally purchased for use on a ship, but was never used. We tested the units operation and it appears to be working properly. Pressing the finger triggers activates the presses downward stroke. When the head contacts the"buck" the machine locks into the"press" position until the operator lifts up on the release handle. The foot control pedals have been custom made and work the way they should. Overall the machine is in good mechanical condition, but it did pick-up some minor corrosion where the paint is scratched. 1998 Hurst 30 HP Steam Boiler
up for sale is a 2000 30 hp Hurst. Gas-fired, high-pressure steam boiler. This boiler was commissioned on 1/25/2000 and decommissioned 8/28/02. I purchased it in late 2002 and recommissioned on 5/1/04. In August of 2011 after purchasing a much larger boiler, I decided to keep this as a backup.
