Wavetek 3520 Sig Gen Parts 0-130 dB Programmable Attenuator & RF Ckt Breaker
For Sale lot of two parts that were used in a Wavetek 3520 Signal Generator that worked up to 2 GHz. The Model 5P130SS12 provides 0 to 130 dB attenuation with programmable 6 steps attenuator and works in steps of 10 dB per Step and with insertion loss of about 3 dB in the 0 step function. Each steps works with dc of +7 volt or higher with 20 ma per step. I added a manual sliding switch on the side to use as a lab step attenuator from dc to 2 Ghz. It can be used up to 3 GHz with increased VSWR. The circuit schematic from the Wavetek 3520 is show on one of the figures. The other part also used in the Wavetek 3520 is a circuit breaker module M35. This unit can also be used as a stand alone part and works from at least 10 to 2000 Mhz.
