For your consideration; These were working when they were removed for an upgrade! This is the smoke detector unit only off an LCN 4040SE smoke detector door holder. They operate on 24VAC or VDC. The sticker on the back states"Model SED 300" Even though the wires are cut. If you have a faulty one, the wires have ends that you just pull off and reconnect your wires. Please note this kit is not complete. You are bidding on a partial Von Duprin 88 exit device with 373-L Lever. The parts appear to be unused. Some of the small parts are still sealing in plastic bags and the loose parts can be seen in the 2nd to last picture. There are several pages of templates and instructions but the have moderate wear. The horizontal rods are not included. The 373-L is included but the lock cylinder is not. The lever measures 7.5" high x 1 5/8" wide. The lever is 5" long. Some of the parts that are still sealed are numbered. There are 8 sealed packages which include screws. Trim pieces, M-783 fire exit hardware with screws and 1 Fire exit hardware M-801 with cover. There is also 1 cover that is not sealed. This is a vintage. Not a reproduction, Sargent 43V classic"pot belly" style cast iron hydraulic door closer. It was harvested from a deconstruction project in an old downtown building in San Antonio, TX, near the Riverwalk. It functions smoothly and is a complete unit. It has a beautiful brass name plate. The adjustable, cast iron swing arm includes"43V MADE IN USA" in the casting. The top of the tank cap also has"43V" cast into it. Have a pleasant day.
