1932 VERY RARE intage YALE Heavy Duty Door Closer Model No 75. ONLY 1 on ebay!!!
For sale is a vintage door closer made by yale in 1932. The model number is 75 and is much more heavy duty than the#72 and#73. This opener still works and has good spring back. It was painted over at some point over the past 80 years. It flakes off just by rubbing the paint. I'm pretty confident with a good scrubbing and cleaner you could certainly get it back to the original finish. This is the only model#75 I could find on ebay in current listings as well as sold listings. Please see my other auctions as well. I have 4 total of these vintage Yale door closers.

Model 74 Yale Door closer with door arm and door frame mount 1932
Model 74 Yale door closer dated. 1932. Can be mounted on either side of the door frame, as the mount is reversible and strong return spring action in both directions. Included is the complete arm to mount to the door. Small amount of surface rust on the door arm, but entire unit should clean up nice for powder coating or refinishing. Have included all period correct countersunk fasteners.

Norton Tri-Style Door Closer Model 1603 Sprayed Dull Bronze Right or Left Hand
Listing as used. But the screws are still in the sealed package so I don't believe this was ever installed. There is some surface rust in areas on the arms- see photos. The instruction pamphlet has been attacked by silverfish. Will come to you in the original box- missing the top flap. The aluminum screw cover is a little bent out of shape- but can be easily molded back. Comes with everything shown in the photos. Thanks for Looking!
