With that all out of the way here is the next item. This is a Used vintage M NORTON 48 door closer that is marked 401M on the cylinder ... moreand D416 on the arm assembly. The door closer seems to function properly is all brown except for a hex head bolt on time arm that is metal color. It measures approx. 28 1/2" long fully extended and 8 1/2" long across the mechanism x 6 1/2" tall x 3 1/2" wide. The mounting hole pattern. Center to center is 4 1/8" across x 1 3/8" tall. Under the mounting plate is stamped DO NOT CLEAN IN CAUSTIC and D is stamped on both cylinder ends. The paint has areas of small scrapes of paint loss on the cylinder and few tiny areas of surface rust on the arm assembly and a small area of sticker residue. Up for sale is a 4 panel roll up door made by Aluminum Overhead Door. This door was used for about 5 years before being taken down to allow for building expansion. The size is 9' 2" wide and 9' 1" tall. Door functioned properly when taken down. It had all hardware with it when removed from service. However some parts seem to be missing. The two brackets on the bottom of the door on both sides is missing. Replacement parts should be easily available. You are welcome to come by and look. Door is being offered as is no warranties. This item has to be picked up.
