Craftsman Torque Tested - 400 Ft pd -199830 - Air Impact Wrench -1/2 dr 500 BBT
Up for sale is a Craftsman 1/2 inch drive 199830 impact wrench. The Max Torque is listed as 400 Ft Lbs with a higher bolt breakaway torque. It has a show of use and performs well. It is tested to remove bolts torqued to 500 ft pounds. It had no trouble with those. These are decent impacts. Much better in my opinion than the current 400 ft pd model they are selling. Not a professional capacity lug nut impact, simply because techs over torque lug nuts with today's torque monsters. If they are torqued right this will take them off easily. This model as well as many other Craftsman impacts have CERAMIC BALLS as a silencing mechanism. They rattle when you move the impact this is normal and good. I have had bad feedback.
