I am relisting this item because the woman who won this chair in a previous auction couple of weeks back paid for it. But did not come to pick it up. Therefore, I just refunded her money and am now relisting this chair. I am actually not certain of the size of this chair. I think it is a size B. Please see the yardstick in the video in the following paragraph to confirm. Frankly albeit anecdotally. The chair is comfortable for my 5 foot 2 inch mother, me at 5 feet 10 inches, and my 6 foot father. As you can see in this video of my a bolt sheared off. I suppose you can drill a hole with an electric drill. And then drive a replacement screw in but I am not sure. Also, the lumbar support(back support) shown in the video has some obvious damage. Otherwise, the chair is in very good condition. These chairs are invincible and are one of the best, if not the best, in terms of ergonomic support; particularly when it comes to"sit rating" regarding how long one can be supported by the chair causing the least amount of strain. I have TWO identical adjustable HM's available. Like this one, and one other with fixed arms. There are times when I have had to work 16 hour days. And while I do get up to stretch, grab a bite, or refill my tea, I am planted in my Herman Miller chairs for several hours at a time and I can say honestly that it's more comfortable than sitting in bed. I have actually thought about fixing a pillow to the chair at times so that I could just pass out at my desk: Purchased brand new through a corporate channel these chairs have almost never been used at all. I broke one of these on my chair and could only find them sold in pairs for the part number I needed which is how I ended up with this spare.
