This pneumatic stapler can be used with either 1/2" or 3/8" and helps to easily install water line/radiant heat line/pex/etc. It has a long attached handle that sits about waist high so you can just walk along and staple things at floor level without bending over. The handle is also easy to remove for use as a handheld stapler. This is a used tool so does have some wear from use. It could use the front two wing nuts replaced. The back stop on the arm where the staples are loaded has been modified. It looks like the original back stop either broke off or didn't work and was replaced with a rivet. It seems to be working fine as the back stop. But you may want to do something different. I have tested this stapler myself and it ... moreis completely functional as it stands, if you don't want to change anything.
