For auction is a Hilliard Chocolate Little Dipper chocolate tempering machine. This unit is a table top that weighs only 45 pounds and can temper up to 25 pounds per day. It has a variable temperature switch and a bowl kettle switch to choose when you want to rotate your bowl. I has a plexiglass covering to keep it warm and clean while you're not using it. I used this in my shop for tempering smaller batches of sugar free chocolate. The only issue with this machine is there is a crack in the tubing that holds the wiring for the thermometer.
