You are bidding on a 1996 Ingersoll Rand 30 HP. 109 CFM electric air compressor with operating pressure of 125 psi. The compressor came from the sale of a machine shop and will run on 230 volt 3 phase or 460volt 3 phase. It was set for 460 volt when we bought it and we have not changed anything. In order to test it I dropped it off at a local welder repair shop that had 460 volt power. They said that they hooked it up and it ran fine and made pressure. He said that some oil came from the open drain valve on the bottom of the tank so they did not run it very long. I suspect that it was just material that had accumulated in the tank but I don't know for sure. He did say that it ran well and was making air. We had plans to use it in our facility but we changed our business model and now we don't use that much air. This unit came out of an aftermarket automotive parts warehouse where it was serviced in a timely manner by trained professionals. It delivers approximately 124 cfm@ 125 psig. Voltage is 460/3/60. Kaeser SM11 10HP Rotary Screw Air Compressor 230/460V 3 Phase - See Video!
For sale is a 1987 Kaeser SM 11. The compressor isn't perfect cosmetically. But that is expected from an older unit. It runs well and produces 42 cfm at 110 psi. It only has 30050 hours so it still has plenty of life left in it. It is currently wired for 460V, but can easily be switched to 230V. I can switch the wiring for the buyer. The oil looks clean, but I'm not sure when it was changed last. I would recommend changing the oil and filters within the next 1000 operating hours or so. The compressor is missing the panel for the electrical connections. A cover could easily be made if the buyer desires. The green indicator light doesn't appear to work. This doesn't affect performance and I'm sure the light could be fixed/replaced inexpensively. Please see the pictures and video to determine the condition for yourself. This compressor only has 50.176 total hours on the meter. It powers on. Produces air, and builds pressure. It is powered by a 10hp, 230/460V Lincoln Electric motor. The compressor operates on 460V. 3 Phase, 60 Hz AC power. Model 10-BPC has a built in oil cooler and a 120 gallon air tank. We recently changed the compressor oil. Oil filter, air filter, and added new drive belts. Compressor is also equipped with a Dayton 115V auto electric drain valve and Wilkerson filter. Wow great air compressor here! $ave now! JAEGER 150 ROTO-AIR ROTARY AIR COMPRESSOR"PROJECT" USA NOT RUNNING. Engine is in pieces PROJECT. I bought this in 2008 with a seized 6 cylinder motor. Motor went to the machine shop and is re-buildable. The radiator and oil cooler were stolen so I've lost interest in this. Engine is a Continental flathead and the compressor is a two stage rotary. I know nothing about the condition of the compressor pump. With the engine out the compressor is very tongue heavy. I'd trailer it over towing.

There were no unusual noises. All of the pressures- oil and air- are good. This unit has all of the oil removed from the separator due to the drain line being broken off during removal, and the sight glass was removed to help in the aid of removing the electric service from this area. This unit comes with enclosure. There are no major dents or scratches on the outside covers or inside. There is some oil and dirt from use. But overall this unit is very clean. If the person who buys this unit would like to pick it up to save freight. This can be arranged. We have a forklift and dock service for free. Unit weighs approximately 2480 lbs.
