Here is a set of 6 Gaskets for your Quincy QRDS series oilless compressor. Which are very common in hospitals. These gaskets are for the 2 cylinder 5 HP, 7.5 HP or 10 HP compressors. Over time the gaslets can crack or may be torn during routine disassembly, so should be replaced every few years to keep your compressor running well. If you were to order this from Quincy the part numbers would be: 111637, without having to pay a premium for them coming in a Quincy box. The round gaskets are roughly 7.5" in diameter and the triangle gaskets are the ones that need to be replaced every time you lubricate the wrist pin bearings. Quincy QRDS-15 oilless compressor, tank mounted with 10 HP motor and controls
Tank mount 10 HP oilless compressor system. Good for painting, or other application where oil free air is an advantage. Compressor is a QRDS15. Record of change 102, serial number 6013092. Produces about 36 CFM with a 10 HP motor. Can produce about 55 CFM with a 15 HP motor. 120 gallon grasshopper style tank rated at 200 PSI. Has all items required to run, including outlet check, relief, and aftercooler, unload valve, tank relief, pressure switch, hour meter, automatic drain valve, and NEMA Size 2 motor starter(much oversized) Currently set up to pump up to about 118 PSI, then unload until pressure drops to 115 PSI. Will shut off at about 122 PSI, restart around 110 PSI. Motor starter is mounted in an enclosure and wired to the motor and pressure switch. It should be floor or wall mounted to protect from vibration. 215T frame motor is good ... morefor 208, 230, or 460 volts, currently wired for 460. We tested at that voltage. Compressor has individual cylinder intake filters and head unloaders. We will warrant the compressor module for one year with the usual warranty terms. Price includes crating for freight shipment.
