No vibration. This is a 1970's unit that recently developed a oil leak in the oil cooler section part#57232. It tuns about $1,000 new for this part plus you will need KM032 Maintence Kit and KS032 Seperator Kit for the rebuild each kit is $70. 10hp 3 phase 208V motor runs great, compressor section runs fine. These compressors rebuilt run over $3,500 if you can find one. I am offering this one for the price of the electric motor alone. When operational this unit will produce 43 cfm at 90psi all day long as well as run a vacuum selectable from the rotary switch on the top of the control panel. You are bidding on a 1996 Ingersoll Rand 30 HP. 109 CFM electric air compressor with operating pressure of 125 psi. The compressor came from the sale of a machine shop and will run on 230 volt 3 phase or 460volt 3 phase. It was set for 460 volt when we bought it and we have not changed anything. In order to test it I dropped it off at a local welder repair shop that had 460 volt power. They said that they hooked it up and it ran fine and made pressure. He said that some oil came from the open drain valve on the bottom of the tank so they did not run it very long. I suspect that it was just material that had accumulated in the tank but I don't know for sure. He did say that it ran well and was making air. We had plans to use it in our facility but we changed our business model and now we don't use that much air. You are bidding on a Sullair air-cooled 30Hp rotary screw compressor- This is a 1996 model year. Hour meter reads: 2.764 hrs. Obviously has been replaced. This unit came out of an aftermarket automotive parts warehouse where it was serviced in a timely manner by trained professionals. It delivers approximately 124 cfm@ 125 psig. Voltage is 460/3/60. Unit was operational when removed- owner upgraded to a new, larger compressed air system. Currently not under power, but can be tested in our shop for local buyers. Kaeser SM11 10HP Rotary Screw Air Compressor 230/460V 3 Phase - See Video!
For sale is a 1987 Kaeser SM 11. The compressor isn't perfect cosmetically. But that is expected from an older unit. It runs well and produces 42 cfm at 110 psi. It only has 30050 hours so it still has plenty of life left in it. It is currently wired for 460V, but can easily be switched to 230V. I can switch the wiring for the buyer. The oil looks clean, but I'm not sure when it was changed last. I would recommend changing the oil and filters within the next 1000 operating hours or so. The compressor is missing the panel for the electrical connections. A cover could easily be made if the buyer desires. The green indicator light doesn't appear to work. This doesn't affect performance and I'm sure the light could be fixed/replaced inexpensively. Please see the pictures and video to determine the condition for yourself.
