The torch is listed as 23" Overall. The torch is in very good condition but is missing the top nut. In addition. T he valves open and shut as designed. However, the caps on the valves are out crooked as they are bent. The latter does not appear to impact the torch as the valves close tightly, it's just that they are crooked when you turn them. Victor Acetylene and Oxygen cutting torch. The torch is used but in really good shape as you can see in the pictures. It was only used by me and it was taken care of. This torch is pretty new and wasn't used that much at all. It is like a new torch with the use that it had. There are scratches on it from being in my gang box and it has blue pain to mark it, so that I knew it was mine. The handle is model number 315FC and the head is CA2460. The torch is about 19" long.
