Vtg. Victor 315 Weldnig Torch Handle w/Victor 2450 Cutting Torch w/2-1-101 Tip
Here's a vintage Victor 315 welding torch handle with a Victor 2450 cutting torch. The tip is a newer Victor 2-1-101. This is a recent estate sale garage find. And I have not actually tested it. If I blow through the oxy end, air passes through only when the handle valve is depressed. When I blow through the acet end, air does pass through to the tip without depressing the handle valve. I not sure if that's good or bad, as I'm no welder. All the valves work smoothly, although the oxy valve turns pretty tight. Cosmetically, it has that old tool look finish, and shows a few typical use nicks and scratches here and there. I see nothing cracked, broken or bent. This is for a decent. Used, not beaten u p. Victor torch with cutting a ttachment. It has a number 0-1 tip which is clean and open. The seals look clean and not burned. The torch ha ndle is a Model 315-C- used but not abused. Valves are tight. Yes it is dirty- filthy- but it works and the price reflects the condition. It would clean up nicely- a little bright dip would remove the aged look. Sold as is- the picture is accurate- what you see is what you get. No returns accepted. It is a good value for a low budget shop. As with all technical item s. You must know the proper safety procedures to use such devices. Victor 315 Torch handle with 30" Type-45 Rosebud Elbow attachment (no tip)
Used) All original Victor equipment. I measured the threads for the tip and it is 1/2 in diameter and it has 9 threads per 1/2" and it is tapered. A size 20 tip came off of it and the elbow attachment does say 20-T45. The valves seem to be fully functional as well. The handle is a 315 series.
