This is a SMITH model number 1710-540 OXYGEN regulator. This Regulator is a refurbished unit. It is a single stage regulator. Victor has been around forever. Has it's brass components. Unit looks in good shape. Has a CGA 540 nut. It has the normal wear and tear which includes tool marks. Scratches, tarnish marks, dings etc. from previous use. It has been refurbished with gaskets, seals etc. checked or replaced as needed. The Unit has been tested. Gauges range 0-150 PSI and 0-4000 PSI. Will ship in a USPS medium flat rate box. A lot of regulators selling on Ebay are being sold as is and you don't always know what you are getting.
