I bought this from a lady whose husband passed away a few months ago. I know virtually nothing about it. So I could not test it and the widow I bought it from didn't know if it worked or not. But, I did do a good visual inspection, I noticed that the power cord thing/box that you plug into the wall has electrical tape around it to hold it together. The power cord is ok, but it has some areas where the insulation is quite worn, but not worn all the way through. One of the latches on the container box needs some minor work and then it will be good again, you can probably fix it with just a pair of pliers. I didn't notice any other abnormalties except everything needs a good cleaning. Sold"as is" Please ask questions prior to bidding and I will answer promptly.
