This is a fully functional truck that gets so many looks and thumbs up. We are ready to upgrade to a brick and mortar. It is a 1963 Ford Vanette. The truck is in phenomenal condition for its age. I am selling my mobile concession pizza operation. I have had unit for a few years now and just don't utilize it enough to justify keeping it. It is a 10x10 tent set up. I sold pizza. CUSTOM Portable Wood Fired Pizza Trailer Mobile Brick Oven Catering - Concession
Up for sale is a custom wood fired brick oven built on top of an antique Dodge truck bed trailer. Oven size is approximately 40” wide by 48” deep and capped with a stainless steel. Double walled chimney and rain cap. Front landing area is constructed of hand hewn travertine tile. Bed of the trailer has been refurbished with weather stained 2x6” wood planks. Oven base includes an elephant shaped bottle opener. The underbelly of the trailer is huge and wide open for storage. The front tongue area is also constructed with a pad for more storage capacity(wood. Toolbox, coolers, etc) Trailer is currently black matte with red lettering on the rear tailgate. It can be repainted. But that's not included in this auction. Also, the chimney cap isn't pictured in these pictures, but there is a chimney cap for the stainless steel chimney. Tires ... moreare newer and consistent with the original era of the trailer. Hubcaps match and are original to the trailer. Trailer was sold to me as the bed off a 1957 Dodge trailer and was purchased here in dry Arizona(no salt) and is in great shape- I have not confirmed the year. But it's consistent with that era of trucks. Trailer rides smooth and can be towed with your average v6 truck/van/suv and is road ready. The trailer itself is a great conversation starter. The pizza that comes out of it should be even better. This trailer would make a great wood fired mobile based business. Excellent rare trailer ready for work. Has recently had an expensive professionally installed LPG conversion which allows the gas tank to be filled at the petrol pump to save swapping gas bottles.
