A commercial, deep 3 section sink! Hand washing sink, stainless steel work counter, and 3 service windows. Powerfull hood exhaust, AND cold air contioner keep you very cool even on the hottest days, cooking over a deep fryer! Trailer has a very very long 220 power cord that has always been longer than I ever needed. Internal, and external power outlets give you lots of options. 2 huge external gas tanks, each tank lasts me more than 3 weekends! Trailer ... morehas lots of storage, and signage.
