M. Klein& Sons U.S.A. is clearly visible on the grip(along with the model#1604-20) and the name is still somewhat visible on the hook, please see photos. Strap is NOT leather, though it may look like it in some of the photos. It's a heavy woven strapping worn smooth from use.
