You just fit the board by adjusting the fingers lock in place& Voila! no need to remove board to go under or work on the side you just loosen one base knob and it turn up to 360 degrees. Better yet, you leave it loose and use the quadrant lock and it will lock at every 90 degrees.To remove board you just push on the lever it slide one finger about 1/4" inch allowing you top remove board W/0 unlocking a finger. This is a used 24" Marseco circuit board wet deburr/scrubber machine. As can be seen in the video the machine was powered up and all the functions were tested and work well. The variable speed conveyor drive works well although the crank handle has a minor bend. All of the rubber pressure rolls are in good condition with no slits or tears. Machine was rebuilt in the late 90s and it shows very little wear indicating minimal usage since. The drive components. Including the chains, bearings, idler wheels, and reciprocating assemblies are in very good clean condition. As can be seen in the photos the machine currently has a bristle brush in the top position and a scotch brite type brush in the lower position. Cosmetically, the plastic is slightly faded and the there are a few spots where the plastic is cracked, the worst being the upper ... moreright cover but non of which affect the operation of the machine.
