This compressor will supply enough air when under heavy use by. The crankcase breather looks like it may need to be replaced(see photo arrow) I believe it should probably be lying flat against the crankcase. A new one can be found here on ebay or any of many online vendors for just a few dollars. Obviously, the oil will be drained prior to shipping. The pump came off of an Emglo. It has the normal quite a few scuffs and scratches from normal industrial use. There are a couple of belts sitting on the unit. But I have not tried them actually on the compressor. See photos below for more details on physical condition. We wired up the motor to try it out. And it did not work. The compressor does turn over by hand. But we have not tried it beyond that.
