I scrapped the machine some time ago and set this side with the idea that I would someday use it. Or if not, sell it. That time as come(and I'm selling it) Aside from the ... moremilled aluminum parts holding it together and the stainless hardware. The main parts are the gearbox, dial with integral counter(counts from 00.0 to 99.9 and back to 00.0 when turned clockwise) a 1-1/2" diameter stainless sprocket attached to the gearbox, the loop of small roller chain(somewhere between 18" and 20" if stretched out in a single line) and the separate 5/8" diameter stainless sprocket attached to its own block and bearing. The label doesn't say what the gear ratio is. So I marked the larger sprocket and turned the knob. The counter counts 4.0 for each full turn of the knob. I started at 70.0 and ended at about 70.0, so that's 100/4 or 25 full turns of the knob to 1 turn of the sprocket(25:1 Ratio) The gearbox is small in size. It was used as a mechanical adjuster of a part inside the Polaroid machine. The housing itself measures about 1-1/2" x 1-3/4" x 1-3/8" excluding the shafts. Both shafts are 1/4" diameter.
