Boeing stopped calibrating and rating this PROTO torque wrench because. As you can see, the positive locking ring(the part with the spring) came loose. This ring locks in an exact measurement, but it is not necessary for usage. The wrench still expands and contracts from 100-1000 in/lbs and can still be used fine. Forward/reverse switch is fine. Drive functions properly(3/8" Handle has good grip. This is 15-5/8" drive length. MODEL J6066C. Last inspected in 2007. You will need to tape down the ring because it is loose.
