I believe this is a angled water pump service wrench made by the Fairmount Tool Company. Not sure of automobile year models. The wrench is chrome plated and stamped on one side 1 3/8-1244 Fairmount USA. The wrench is approx. 7 1/2" long. The open end is approx. 5/16” thick. The wrench is in good condition.
