I have talked to the customers and it sounds like when they heat up they glaze over and get blurry. The material we use is about 70 degrees less working temp than normal lenses. When talking about welding temps, 70 degrees difference isn't much to worry about. So for customers doing shop work, hobby/garage welding, or anything besides like being in a ditch right underneath a pipe doing overhead welding with a bunch of splatter coming down on the lenses where the environment temperatures get really high, you will have no issues. Most people's helmets dont get 150+ degrees while welding and those are the people with no issues. So just a heads up with what we have heard from a few rare cases. We are looking into production of these lenses with the same material as the manufactures use on your original lenses. Thanks

2 Vintage Victor 550-100 Cutting Torch Attachments with Tips welding
Here's a pair of vintage Victor 550-100 cutting torch attachments. They're a recent estate sale garage find. And I have not actually tested them. If I blow through them, air passes through if the turn valve is open or not, but air flows better when the handle valve is depressed. I'm not sure if that's good or bad, as I'm no welder. All the valves do work smoothly. Cosmetically, they have that old tool look finish, and show a few typical use nicks and scratches here and there. I see nothing cracked, broken or bent. Thermal Arc 185 TSW Tig welder Prowave Thermadyne AC/DC GTAW welding
Hello and thanks for looking. Thermal Arc 185 TSW tig welding unit. Welder is used but works fine. This is an excellent all-round tig welder with AC. DC, HF, Pulse etc and tons of adjustable parameters. I bought this used a couple years ago to do a few projects and I don't need it any more. Comes with the 17v torch, ground lead, Flame Tech gas regulator/flow meter, Varior brand foot pedal(a quality US-made welding pedal) box of spare fittings for the torch, a few 1/16 and 3/32 tungstens, and a users manual. For local buyers I will include the cart and 80CF Argon bottle(75% full) and a pack each of alumium and steel filler metal, but I am not including these items for shipping. It would just be too expensive. The only negatives are that the clear cover that goes over the adjustments is missing, and the shipping service(UPS) set it down ... moreacross an edge somewhere along the way and cracked the bottom of the left housing(see the last picture) I removed the housings and inspected the circuit boards and everthing is ok and the welder works as it should.
