This item is an antique vintage hickory shaft right handed 34" Putter. Marked for William Gibson of Kinghorn Scotland with his famous Star cleek mark. Also marked Smith's Model for the patented Smith anti-shank model. There is no hosel so it is hard to hit it on the shank. You see a number of anti-shank irons but not very many of the putters. I suspect most players would have a difficult time shanking a putt. Dashed and vertical lined face. This head is clean and rust free but does have some of the expected play dings and some very minor pitting. Please look at the zoom pictures for a better idea of condition. The old hickory shaft is unmarked. It is straight. I see no cracks and it is tight at the hosel. The grip is an old leather wrap that is in fair condition. Description For your consideration today is this Antique Sterling Silver Dish by Frank W. Smith Silver Co. Frank W. Smith was a Silver Manufacturing Company out of Gardner Massachusetts from 1856-1958. They specialized in high quality flatware& hollowware. Arthur Stone was one of their early designers. This dish features a swirl pattern that starts in the middle and goes all the way to the edge of the dish where the scalloped edge reminds me of breaking waves. The middle of the dish has been monogrammed. But the lettering is not deep. When I look at the edge of the dish. It appears to me that it is not perfect, some of the scalloped edge is a bit out of shape. I have done my best to show this in some of the close-up pictures. There are no breaks, repairs, or dents which I could see. I have not polished or cleaned this piece as I feel ... morethat is best left up to the discretion of the winning bidder. The bottom of this dish is marked Marsh& Hoffman. Sterling, then the Frank W. Smith Silver Co. Hallmark, and the number 30. This dish is 6" across and 3/4" tall. It weighs in at 86 grams. The pitcher features a lovely car touche on either side with monogrammed initials that may be CAM but we are unsure as the design of the monogram is very decorative and resembles a design rather than a mono. The jug stands 5.5 inches tall and is 6 inches wide from handle to spout. The creamer shows excellent and clear patina. The inside is clean and usable and just a fantastic piece of silver plate. Unfilled warranty papers included in the case. The electronics make this guitar sound exactly like itself when plugged in. No distortion, no tinny electric pick up sound. Also someone scrapped the area on the side of the head stock between the G and D strings when changing strings. This area has been touched up. Vintage Smith's English Club Room Clock
I hate to sell this. But I just don't have any place to put it. The is a Smith's Company clock mounted in a maple and leather frame in the club style. This was going into my"man cave" until my dear wife decided she had better use for the space. I could easily picture it in a"gentleman's club" in England. It works fine and I have the original key. It does not chime. Frame is 15" and the clock face is 7" in diameter. Smith's made the Royal Air Force"Sector Clocks" in WWII. This dates from the 50's or 60's. Happy to answer questions.

Fantastic Original Vintage Miles(Miley) Smith Canada Goose decoy from this famed artist. Miley was a shipwright for the Chris Craft Boat Co. in Algonac. Mi and worked for owner Chris Smith and Gar Wood. The famous decoy carver Chris Smith was one of his distant relatives. He made his first fish and duck decoys for his own use, but in the mid 1970's Miley's work gained a wider appeal and he began selling them at first in the St. Clair, Marine City, Marysville and Algonac areas. Other carvers made more realistic decoys, but Miley preferred his own approach to carving and painting how he learned from his father Lincoln which was the almost folk art carving and painting. This incredible bird was probably carved in the 1950’s and was bought directly from Miley and then this decoy was bought by me in Algonac recently.
