It has the normal slight scratches and scrapes from use. But no major dents or damage. No damage that would affect usability. We were able to hook it up to 220V 3Ph and it powered on fine. The fan ran and we let it run for about 30 minutes and it ran fine. We then arc welded about half a stick and it welded very well. My mechanic said it welds better than most welders he has used. We have tested the gun and it does feed both wires and variable speed works properly. We also tested the contactor and it works properly. Machine is a little dirty and cabinet has some surface rust spots from being in a harsh atmosphere. Torch was used on a machine mount with a remote contactor start stop button. Included with welder.
