Gold Medal Commercial Rectangle Liege Belgium Waffle Iron Maker 5027 Flip Handle
Here is a rare Commercial rectangular Gold Medal Model 5027 Liege Waffle Maker. They are designed to make the famous Liege Pearl Sugar Waffles. You can also use these for other Belgium style waffles too. This was purchased used and we used it for 2 seasons at our store. It now needs a new home at your restaurant or ice cream store. It has been well used. It was just tested and got as hot as can be. I did a last minute cleaning and I scrubbed most of it down but NOTE it will not come new. Please see the photos and you can see that this was well used and will arrive to you as pictured. The cord in the back has started to slightly fray and the plug is taped up on the end. It can be repaired pretty easily if you wanted but it still works fine and as long as you are not moving the iron around alot(it is heavy so I don't see anyone moving it ... morearound a lot) or intentionally pulling on the cord, you can use it as is. The waffle surface is rectangular in shape and measures about 3 3/8"x 6" with each half plate measuring 3/4" deep. This iron is very heavy and would need to be packed very well. Commercial Toastwell Single Belgian Waffle Iron/Maker - Used
Commercial single grid Belgian waffle iron/maker. This has two lights. One comes on when you turn it on and goes off when it is ready to put the batter in. The other light goes on when you turn the timer on and goes off when the time is up. This turns upside down, but you need to turn it right side up to take the waffle out. It makes a 7" waffle. This was made in St Louis in May of 1987. The cord has tape in one place, most likely it should be replaced. Did not clean the grid part for fear the batter would stick. It is 10" wide, 12" to the top of the handle and 17" long. Did not make a waffle but it heats properly and the lights and timer works fine. The model number is W 9916. Good used waffle maker.

The stand does show some minor surface oxidation. As you can see in the 7th picture. This unit is missing the dial and the trim plate for the timer. The timer works as it should. The bell clicks, but does not ding at the completion of the timer. This iron does heat up.

This is a Sodir Equipex Commercial Cast Iron Liege Waffle Maker. I purchased two of these waffle makers and am keeping one for myself! Two is a bit excessive for home usage! I was having some trouble with certain components on this unit and so I brought it in to be professionally fixed and to make sure the wiring was correct. So the below items have been replaced/installed/checked by a certified commercial equipment repair person: Power cord(newly purchased from Equipex) Power switch(replaced by local repair person) Heating Elements(newly purchased from Equipex) Wiring(replaced/fixed/double checked for correctness by local repair person) I also spent some time stripping the cast iron plates back to the original cast and then re-seasoned them. Also. I would like to make a special note regarding the amps available.
