Great for a Mom& Pop style ice cream stand-add a touch of vanilla(or other extracts- We used orange and lemon as well) to the mix and draw in customers with the sweet aroma of freshly baked cones! All aspects of the iron(timer/temperature control) are in excellent working order. We used this in our business for two seasons; our operation is just too busy to have the time to make the cones home-made. Prior to being put into service. The electrical connections between the upper and lower heating plates were rewired(a common"breaking" area with old age/ high usage) with the proper gauge and temperature rated wire.
